Afoxolaner 28.3 mg | 3 Chewable Tablets
NexGard® is a monthly systemic ectoparasiticide for dogs containing afoxolaner, an active ingredient from the isoxazoline class. Following oral administration, afoxolaner is absorbed systemically and acts against susceptible ectoparasites when they feed on the treated dog.
It is primarily used for the treatment and control of flea and tick infestations and, where included in the approved product label, may also be indicated for selected mite infestations. Its systemic activity provides convenient ectoparasite control without the need for topical application.
Each chewable tablet contains Afoxolaner 28.3 mg and is specifically formulated for dogs weighing 4–10 kg. The braised beef-flavored chewable formulation supports easy monthly administration and helps improve owner compliance with routine flea and tick control.
