Vet Source operates as a business-to-business online store for licensed veterinarians and legitimate veterinary clinics or hospitals.
Before placing an order, buyers must first create an account using a valid and active email address.
The following documents are required for account verification:
Approval of the account will be sent to the buyer’s registered email address.
Only approved and verified accounts may proceed with ordering through the Vet Source platform.
Once the account has been approved, the buyer may log in, browse available products, select the desired items and quantities, and proceed to checkout.
Product availability is subject to current inventory at the time the order is placed.
Payment must be completed through the payment gateway provided on the Vet Source website.
Available payment channels may include:
Mastercard, Visa, GCash, ShopeePay, and GrabPay through PayMongo.
Once payment has been successfully completed, the buyer will receive an email notification confirming successful payment.
Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation.
After payment confirmation, the order will be reviewed, prepared, and carefully packed for shipment.
Vet Source reserves the right to contact the buyer through the registered contact information if clarification regarding an order is necessary.
All shipments will be addressed to the name appearing on the PRC Veterinarian Identification Card submitted and verified during registration.
The registered veterinarian’s name will be used as the consignee for the shipment.
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid delivery address.
The buyer should ensure that the delivery address is serviceable by the assigned courier and that the recipient can receive the package at the address provided.
Vet Source will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid delivery information supplied by the buyer.
Orders are shipped door-to-door nationwide through J&T Express or LBC, depending on destination, package requirements, and courier availability.
The courier used for a particular shipment may be determined by Vet Source based on operational requirements.
Shipping charges are not included in the amount paid during online checkout.
The corresponding shipping cost shall be paid by the buyer upon delivery of the package.
