Description
A rapid immunochromatographic test designed for the quantitative detection of three important canine gastrointestinal pathogens in a single fecal sample. It provides veterinarians with a convenient in-clinic screening tool for dogs presenting with acute or persistent diarrhea.
Species: Canine
P – Canine Parvovirus (CPV)
Detection: Antigen (Ag)
Sample: Fecal sample
C – Canine Coronavirus (CCV)
Detection: Antigen (Ag)
Sample: Fecal sample
G – Giardia spp.
Detection: Antigen (Ag)
Sample: Fecal sample
Test Type: Quantitative rapid test
Method: Lateral flow immunochromatography
Useful for puppies and adult dogs presenting with diarrhea, vomiting, anorexia, dehydration, weight loss, abdominal discomfort, or hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. Testing CPV, CCV, and Giardia simultaneously helps veterinarians rapidly differentiate several common infectious causes of canine enteric disease.
Because coinfections can occur, more than one target may test positive in the same patient. Results should always be interpreted together with clinical signs, vaccination history, parasite-control history, disease stage, and other laboratory findings.
For veterinary use only.
