VET Tx Benzethonium Chloride + Ketoconazole Medicated Shampoo is a dual-action antiseptic and antifungal dermatologic shampoo formulated for dogs and cats with microbial and fungal-associated skin conditions.

Benzethonium chloride is a quaternary ammonium antiseptic that helps reduce susceptible microorganisms on the skin, while ketoconazole, an azole antifungal, interferes with fungal cell membrane synthesis. Together, they provide useful topical support for yeast-associated dermatitis, superficial fungal infections, and skin conditions complicated by microbial overgrowth.

The medicated shampoo format also helps remove excess oil, scales, crusts, and surface debris while delivering the active ingredients directly to affected skin.
